According to me , 5 most liveable cities as per the trend around the world and statistics would be : 1] Wellington, New Zealand 2] Toronto, Canada 3]Melbourne, Australia 4] Luxembourg, Luxembourg 5] Ottawa, Canada These cities are classified on the basis of following factors : Access to employment, education, Culture, Transport, Shopping Etc These factors are of utmost importance when it comes to liveability within a city . For my city & country to adhere to such factors , a major educational system re-run would be required which forms the primary basis of problems within a country.
