Relatable culture is also something I cannot connect with in the Niagara Region. I am a visible minority, being Filipino and there is not a very strong cultural community here. In the Toronto area, there is a stronger presence is what I have found. Also at my current job, there are not many younger people making it hard to network and socialize after hours. The urban design and place making is not exactly the best in Niagara, although there have been some initiatives to promote for public events, improve public spaces and incorporate more contemporary urban design. This also influences retaining young talent in the City, which has not been the easiest, relating to my previous point of not having a relatable culture and cohort. 4. I would focus more on enhancing public transportation and focus on improving public spaces. I would promote more public events to influence more of a community feeling. I feel that financially wise, Niagara is a smart move for me at this time, although it is boring which explains why young talent moves away. 5. Toronto - Close location relative to where I live now and where my family lives - Exciting urban life
