Infrastructure => Belgium is an old country and a lot of infrastructure is very old even there has been build a lot over the years but not enough infrastructure. I miss a lot of good infrastructure adapted to the modern way of live in a city. Good hospitals, sports areas shared working spaces in libraries are missing.
