There are so many places where we cultivate all of the prodcuts that we consume, actually there are news where says that Colombia is one of the countries (not taking into a count corruption and all negative stuff) that can survive with their own resources. So the importance of food as the video showed in colombia is VERY important, there are so many places where people have moved from other cities to sell their product, the ones that they cultivate in their crops, there are two principal day where all people go and buy the stuff so those day are crucial for the transportation of the city into this node, the movility, the concentration of people.
