Directors of cities in Jordan have to maximize their cities benefits from the current citizen’s awareness and remarkably development in the technology side by side the new era of decentralization . More specifically Amman is the state capital and the biggest city in term of economy and residents. It has full diversity in term of demography, nature and history, it was selected several times as cultural city. With area exceed than 800 KM2. And it is subject to more expansion. For it is dynamic grown it was the first city established unique urban observatory in Jordan to manage the city. For that purpose. I strongly recommend to design a special platform or app on Geospatially interactive based to help the directors on managing city in a good manner by allow to the citizens to register prons and corns on daily bases . In my opinion this is would be one of the optimization tool for Amman urban observatory and interactive way to keep Amman Smart , responsive , and governance.
