A city with economic prosperity to provide job opportunities for a landscape architect; b. A city with museums, libraries and universities to provide high level of education on professional training; c. It is the traffic and economic node of north-western China, quite convenient to other places of China. d. The city has moderate climate, and the government provide centralized heating in this area. e. The city is one of the oldest cities of China and has been the capital city for 2000 BC till 900 AD. Set efficient policies to make full use of the natural and cultural resources, and then use the increased taxes to invest in education and cultural facilities. High level education would make the city safer. And convenient facilities could attract creative people to live in the city. Then the economy would be prospered by the high quality of human capital as well as the existing natural resources. Then the city would have an economic prosperity, and human capital to develop it more.
