This is an university area; therefore, depends on the hour, there is a lot of people inside and walking around those two buildings. I actually took the photo from another building which is an university too. In the area are also some offices, so there is people normally going around the place that work and study there. The car traffic is very low, because two block away there is an important avenue. I think that, by knowing these two factors, that there is a lot of people in rushing hours and that there is a very low car traffic; having this knowledge can actually contribute to have a better urban space. We must have into account that nearby there are no parks, so, I would propose a better organization of the urban space by the creation of a park that connects the universities and at the same time, improve the quality of the urban space.
