In Moscow, Soltsevo district there is lack of social infrastructure, good environmental conditions (green spaces with ponds, high quality of air, so it's cool in some places), it's hard to speak about multimodality - sound and visual components are too homogeneous (noise of cars is predominant), very poor cultural leisure, however social atmosphere is calm and tolerate. To change the situation we must think of how to work and change micro-district structure and to prevent massive construction of residential buildings that constitute almost 60% of all district territory.
