Stocks: families that live here for two or more generations (sociological investigation in the sleeping quarter of Solnstevo), specific micro-district's structure that lacks streets to spend leisure time (as residential buildings are turned to the streets their ends), post-industrial zones with a lot of empty spaces and its environmental specific. In the future there will be more city-gardens for cultivating food, more traffic jams as population in the district is increasing rapidly and new residential buildings are to be built. However, such stocks as micro-district structure will prevent connectivity of new areas of living with old one, so the immigrant's issue will be important thing to resolve.
