This is a picture of Asunción Paraguay, a country that has no outlet to the sea. It is the most important city in the nation and we observe how the Parana river makes an important medium for the social, economic and political development of the country. So much so that the palace of the national government and the mayor are next to the river, even, the chamber of deputies is close, so the social participation and the mixed development of Asuncion has a lot to do with geography
