1. Provisioning services: A lot of the food sold in supermarkets here are from farms in the local region or at least the UK in general. 2. Regulating services: Coventry can be very windy, especially in winter. The presence of trees, though not always widespread, helps to break the wind and make the living environment more comfortable. Furthermore, the presence of plants and pollinating animals such as bees ensure the continuation of the ecosystem. 3. Habitat or supporting services: There are a few areas of protected woodlands around the outskirts of the city. These help to preserve the habitats that give the UK ecological diversity 4. Cultural services: When integrated with community areas, ecosystems are an area of recreation and for community building. The image (note: not mine, retrieved from Google street view) is of a park near where I live, with playgrounds and other community facilities, making it a place for families to go when the weather is good.
