This photo shows the dependency of the city of the transportation system: the tube station and the bridge especially. Transportation is crucial has it enable people to move in the city easily. The impact of a complicated/not well planned transportation system could be: - loss of attraction of the city: people do not want to come anymore as commuting is to time consuming, stressful etc. - rise of real estate: people will like to live inside the city close to their jobs and thus property will rise, creating a fracture in the city planning: low paid job employees will not afford to live in the city and will be forced to move in the suburbs creating criminal suburbs.
