In Kathmandu city everyday road commuting is very risky. Even though there are rules and norms, people avoid them in their daily activities. Some being ignorant and some taking things very easily and simply avoiding them. I took this picture one day while I was going back home. I felt it so dangerous and prone to accident that I could not stop myself taking a picture of it. But, where should I go and show this picture which was almost a crime. I wanted to take action immediately but unfortunately it just got stored in my digital library. Today, after taking this course, I feel that many things can be done with such a platform to make the citizen aware of the prevailing rule within the city. The City App will have a 'hazard reporting button' with visual uploaded proofs (with time and location) to notify the concerned authorities within seconds about the current issues such that they can take action immediately for further improvements.
