1. Stocks: buildings, infrastructure, green areas; flows: people, traffic, energy, money 2. This area in Mexico City has a huge traffic and flow of cars throughout the day. It has a very good stock of buildings and infrastructure for businesses, and is also in a node part of Mexico City which connects different parts of the city 3. In Mexico there is being a shift towards a more local type of neighborhoods, where people is trying to live close to where they work and develop their life. As such, there is a future, where possible there will be more stocks, but less flow (at least of traffic and people commuting)
