I think that a lot of issues can be solve in my city with the use of urban informatization. The physical characteristics of the territory where Quito is located is a very narrow Valley, that has caused a linear growing, which mean physical connection between places are confictive and traffic is crazy, this has get worse because the government tend to centralize services instead of diffuse them so people can have a better access to it. So and app that allows people use the government services, payment, and so on, could be very usefull. Our geographic position needs another data to be collected and shared for example the app could inform to citizens about the sun radiation, cause since we are in the Equator, sun is very dangerous. We are surrounded by volcano and earthquakes so information about what to do in case of catastrophe could be also useful, together with information about what is going on in real time during this events. There are some many decisions that are taken from the Mayor, that could be enriched by the ideas of the citizen, that also can help to make the process more transparent.
