1. Here we have the River Rhine crossing the center of Bonn/Germany. There's a container transport ship on the river. You see the Kennedy Bridge which connects both parts of the city and the normal Sunday afternoon traffic on it: A tram, pedestrians and some cars. Also you see some buildings along the river bank which are mostly 4 to 6 floors high, trees and a church tower. Behind the bridge you see the Post Tower (DHL corporate headquarters) and a small top part of the United Nations building (formerly known as Langer Eugen). The weather is mostly cloudy and the water level of the Rhine is lower than average due to summer. 2. One invisible information is the transport ship. You know that it will travel upwards the river. But that's all. You don't know where it comes from, what the cargo in the containers are and where it is heading to. Another invisible information is the tram on the bridge. It's not visible if the tram is crowed or empty, which tram line it is, and if it is delayed or in time. 3. Assumed that supervision would show that the tram is always too crowded and most of the time delayed, you could improve livability by providing more trams and improving the schedule.
