Dominantly used fossil fuels are oil products (134,5 Mtoe), Natural gas (150,8) and Heat (105,3) They are mainly used for transport (road and pipeline transport), by industry and residential consumption (natural gas) I would create a policy that support: construction of waste recycling plants (biofuel) snow melting points (hydro energy) (in cold regions) electric transport support (private and public) solar energy in warm regions. It would be great to learn from foreign experience.
