The purpose of this exercise is to ‘design’ a City App (smartphone or platform) that will tackle a challenge that your city faces (e.g. security, waste, traffic, etc.). The point of the City App is to make it easy to be accessible. Convenience seems to be the key in participation. If the app is designed in a way that only younger generation can use, it will not work! But making an integrated app where everyone regardless of age can participate is the key!
