Cold and calm Barcelona, although it's not the most sustainable city I know, it has a lot of political legislatures promoting sustainability and recycle. It's economically well living because of its high industrialization and tourism, but it has political issues nowadays. Although it is situated near the sea and it has hills around, when you walk in there you can only see buildings and more buildings. It is also a very pollutnant city and it's not at all cold and calm; it's almost always hot and noisy. The good fact is that it is changing a lot.
