Though its infrastructure and education reaches a high level among cities in China, the traffic congestion is a big problem, and there are a certain percentage of people who don't have access to the good healthcare and education. The accessibility of goods and services is also on a low level. Moreover, it has multiple environmental problems, like haze and sandstorm, and some improvement measures by the government are not effective.
