The level of dependency on the infrastructure (urban scale) I took this photo from the top of the 101 tower in Taipei when I traveled to there in 2015. It clearly demonstrates how much this city rely on the electricity infrastructure, like other metropolitans. The whole city is lighten up, including the streets, the billboards and the buildings, so that people could have vibrant night life. Many people, not only me, could also enjoy this amazing night view. Contrast to this sight, residents usually go to bed at this time in the countryside and towns where the infrastructure is not so well developed.
