Most prominent flows (in my country ) are people. Because of the syrian civil war, 3.500 million people migrated to Turkey since 2010. and it is not just syrians even, afgans,georgians and Bangladeshi. This flow gives damage beacuse state failed to implement adaptation policies for immigrants.When I participated in the conferences of state sociologists working on immigrants, I learned that their work was not put into practice because the indigenous people would be disturbed by the idea that immigrants will not return to their country.
