I am presently living in Harstad, Norway. The city is already well planned. There are different zones for industries, residence, offices and shopping centers. I am living 2kms aways from the city center. The UHI of the Harstad City is around 0.5 deg C. The attached photo is of city center. Harstad City is planning to become first smart city in the Arctic. From this course I have learnt that it is important for the future city to smarter as well as responsive. I will pass my opinion to the Harstad Municipality.
