I am living 2kms away from city center of Harstad, Norway. I normally use bicycle to travel to the city. During winter the ice, snow and slush make the cycling quite dangerous. The roads and pavements around my residence is normally clean. However, most of the time I have found the situation is not the same in the city center. The maintenance is quite slow. Also, the roads are narrow therefore the traffic flow very close to the cyclists. An app which shows state of bike lanes, possible images from cyclists, comments and also the option to claim a complaint to Harstad Kommune would be useful.
