Ease of access First, I would like to point out the most of these qualities I listed are interrelated. The first one I pointed out is quality of architecture. This encompasses the all components of the physical architecture of the building. A good architecture of a building will usually show high quality of living and promote a feeling of safety. If a country is not safe, needless to say, it is not very livable. This is because if people do not feel safe, chances are the city is degrading and will not progress. I placed quality of architecture first because my personal experience is that if a country has high standards of architecture, the rate of crime is much lower. GDP per capita is indicative of how wealthy a country is and wealthy countries are usually safer and have higher quality of architecture. Air quality and temperature is very important for livability.
