1. Oil, Coal and Gas 2. Oil is mainly used in transport, while the coal goes to the electricity production, which is dominantly used for residential needs. Gas is used by industry, production of the electricity and non industry needs (but the gas is not dominant as previous two fossil fuels). 3. I would work on energy production from bio-waste. In Serbia, we are dominantly importing oil and gas as we can see from diagram. Bio-waste is used for residential electricity production but I believe it should and could be increased. We have regional landfill in Vojvodina, just as the city landfill, but people from smaller towns and villages are still making illegal landfills which are potential ecology disaster. By creating the concrete policy aimed at the local electricity production could be the first step. The following step would be increasing energy efficiency in new buildings as well as development of program which could stimulate/reward energy efficiency improvements in existing residential buildings/houses.
