1. Job opportunities, economy, infrastructure, housing, culture 2. I live in Novi Sad, Serbia and the top 5 reasons for my decisions are: infrastructure, existence of university, culture, architecture and transportation. 3. Based on my criteria, I would rate my place with 45, while in the case of general livability score I would rate it with 58. 4. I would dedicate budget to development of industrial zone and preparation of strategic international approach in order to attract investors and lower the unemployment rate. It is very interesting that almost all criteria from the question 1 had low scores on my personal scale. I would also do my best to launch a startup support program in order to motivate and help local entrepreneurs. This would also improve infrastructure and economy, beside the new workplaces. 5.
