This picture was taken at Praça 22 de Janeiro (January 22nd Square), in São Vicente - SP. 1. From this image we can see a sidewalk, that seems to be in good conditions, a parking line next to the square, a fence surrounding the square, a construction (that serves as a restroom), a pile of waste that takes almost the whole width of the sidewalk, and some buildings behind. 2. Spending some time on this square it's easy to realise that people usually prevent going through this side walk, because it always has a pile of waste on it, which makes it hard to go thourgh it, specially if you are a disabled person. Because it's a low flow sidewalk, it also makes this area more dangerous than the other sidewalks, making women prevent passing by, and making necessary fencing the whole area of the square. 3. The information that this is not a safe area, with the information of how many cases of robberies and violences happen in this area, it could become a knowledge about how to make this place more secure for the users.
