In this photo, one can clearly see the high-rise building in the middle. We see the surrounding, lower buildings - and connecting bridges - but the focus lies on the building in the middle. To get to this building, we're dependent on infrastructure. We can see a bridge and pathways connecting us to the building itself, and below the bridge is a canal, where it is possible to use boats as part of the urban infrastructure. We can clearly see how dependent we are on electricity - without it, buildings such as the one in the photo wouldn't be possible to build, as we wouldn't be able to power its essentials otherwise. Since this is an urban center, it displays our dependence to both electricity and infrastructure on the urban scale.
