We can see from the photo that the building in focus is very modern, incorporating a lot of steel, glass and presumably concrete in its design. As the photo was taken in Sweden, the materials were most likely imported from either Russia or Germany, which both have big reach in the steel production market. When it comes to the glass, Sweden does have a hand in the glass market itself, but it's probable the glass could come from the Netherlands or Poland, which have big glass exporting industries as well. The concrete probably came from Switzerland as they have a lot of concrete production facilities, which they ship worldwide. Most of the materials would be hard to acquire in Sweden as the market is noticeably smaller, hence the examples I gave for where the material might come from.
