Livability is an assessment of what a place is like to live in. A livable place is a place worth living in, suitable and pleasant. my rank criteria: 1 - Health 2 - opportunity 3 - housing 4 - environment 5 - transportation 6 - neighborhood 7 - engagement I choose New York, San Francisco and Orlando. First they scored 58, 57 and 54, and later 55, 60 and 56. the Scores changed because the importance for each criteria change from person to person, and what may have been important to give new York a score of 60, is not so important for me, turning it into 55. The opposite happened to San Francisco.
