I am going to begin by organizing a meeting between citizens of the neighbourhood and local government, in which I will ask them what and who causes the problems. I will after ask the same questions to the police officer of the neighbourhood. Then I will localize the main streets, intersections and other public spaces where noises occur. I will improve the public lighting system and install security cameras on these spaces. We will coordinate with police to watch places more effectively. We will try to develop the flows of information between the police and the citizens.
