I believe that an app which shows all the properties available for renting from all agencies in one place, would be beneficial for Londoners. The city government could track the price, location, facilities available in the area and type of property being rented so that they can develop the infrastructure and regenerate other areas in which renting properties are less wanted especially by the young professionals. The housing crisis in London can probably only be solved by reducing the number of luxurious properties which remain empty because the average inhabitant cannot afford to rent them. There needs to be a balance between the amount of money earned and the rent prices.
