(This animation is not made by me). My app would be encouraging people to switch from cars as main transport method to bicycles. The app would track the daily distance each bicycle makes and the government would translate it to the electricity they will subsidize. I.e. if a person rides 7km a day, the app will tell them how much electricity they saved only riding the bicycle to work. The Government would subsidize a certain percentage to encourage citizens to use bicycles more frequently. That way, people would get more physical activity and the city would be less crowded and polluted.
