Plastic Garbage comes into my neighbor-hood in form of different house hold groceries from packaging materials to news papers. This tends to stay when re-purposed for other uses like wrapping and storage of other house hold items and finally leaves when the garbage collectors pick it up. In the future, hopefully, when recycling takes root in Uganda, plastic waste can be used to building or recycled in homes for other uses
