Three examples of stocks and flows I would like to mention are water, food and intellectuals. My city is replete with bottled water that is transfered to us from our springs. Tap water is the most important water in the city and it comes directly from the springs in and out of city through the sewerige system. Aside that, the river Danube, that flows through the city has big importance to the city, and depending on the amount of water that comes from the countries it passes before Serbia, the level of water will rise or fall, which can impact the surrounding areas. The food mostly comes from the region, which is important because this food will mostly be transfered to the markets, while the imported food will be found in the stores. The food flow, will that way indicate the flow of people in a city. As for the intellectuals, during the past decades, there has been a huge brain drain in educated people, which impacts the economy and school system as well. That way, in search of education people are leaving the village, and later, in search for jobs, intellectuals are leaving thecountry.
