What these pictures represents is the usage of modern technologies and materials, and global economy, without realizing it is in need of something different. The country is not yet fully fitted for the upcoming of this global industry, but it is using it whatsoever. These pictures represent the city's inability to finish anything - the road, or the 'future' bus station, which hasn't been finished in the past couple of years. These pictures, in that way, mostly represent a metaphor for that incapability to keep pace with the global industry.
