An interesting City app would be a platform where municipal power could expose urban projects, guidelines, agendas, etc. in an interactive way, where anyone could of their feedback but that there was a sector in the app where the login would be made through the ownership of the IPTU of the real estate or electoral title (to contemplate the residents and the people who have real estate in the city but that only the attend sporadically on holidays, weekends or summer) stimulating the popular participation not only of the residents but of those who frequent the city sporadically but frequently, creating in them a greater sense of zeal and respect for urban public patrimony. This City app could also expose in real time issues related to traffic, inconveniences arising from roadworks or other urban works, water supply and energy etc. also serving as a decoy to encourage the use of it in everyday situations. In this way the popular participation becomes induced.
