1.The dominant fossil fuels used in my country is coal, natural gas and oil. 2.Coal is used in electricity generation, steel production, cement manufacturing and as a liquid fuel. Natural gas is used both as a fuel and a feedstock in various industries. It is used as a fuel in the power, industrial, tea plantation, cement, ceramics, glass, as city gas for cooking and heating and for transportation, as CNG, sectors. It is used as a feedstock in fertilizer, petrochemicals, and LPG industries. Oil is majorly used in transportation and industries. 3.Renewable energy is the need of the hour, as perishable natural resources are getting depleted at an alarming rate. Imperishable resources of nature include biomass, solar, wind, geothermal, and water. These resources are replenished naturally. This alternative power source is abundant and will continue to remain so, even after using it constantly. It will never run out in the future. A better alternative is to supplement it in every way that we can. By doing so, fossil fuels and other finite sources can be used in sustainable manner, instead of depleting them. It is a green and clean form of energy. They generate zero harmful emissions or pollutants in environment.
