ECOSYSTEM SERVICES - Provisioning: Stockholm has good source of drinking water from its lakes, and on small scale I live close to the forest where I go picking mushrooms for Christmas soup 😊 - Regulating: Big forest area helps to regulate air pollution - Habitat supporting services: all the mentioned above (forests, lakes…) support the habitat choices in this area, just as a climate that despite being colder is still suitable for inhabiting it by various species and humans. - Cultural: The surrounding forests and lakes offer lots of opportunities for recreation. The city has good connection by land and water to travel and explore.
