One of the problems in mega cities such as Tehran is lack of knowledge about holes on streets and pavements. Municipality is not everywhere in the city but it must aware of every places. We can have an App that is online and based on GPS. We can upload this app on website of municipality and through TV and Social Networks can announce it. When a citizen faces a hole, he/she takes a photo and pins on map. Then an operator checks on and fixes problem. After that we can develop this to all issues. Indeed citizens are eyes of city that tries to better urban space.
