We can see that this is an area of High traffic congestion from the amount of cars parked in combination with those coming down the road despite it being an odd hour and lack of spots to park. There is also a pedestrian zone as indicated with the man walking across the picture. The level on energy can also be observed as there are few street lights and a large neon sign in the background which can be used to examine the energy involved in such a small area. When looking into thee traffic congestion we may find that this is an area of high volume whether it be for the shops on the right, that are hidden behind the car, or proximity to the city’s center. Despite being such a small street it is in heavy use showing that this is an area of dense population as well as an area used for movement despite its smalls size. Planners could use this information to decide how to redirect traffic through different areas or which areas citizens are looking to staying for recreational activities.
