Guidelines for creating my own Citizen Design Science project 1. Clarity and simplicity of the project regarding the goals and purpose of the project and setting the limits with regard to spatial frame, budget and timing of the project. 2. Ensuring constant communication between members of the project team on one side, and between the team and authorities on the other side, through a feedback and follow-up system to ensure a smooth operation and identifying obstacles. 3. Establish milestone plan to measure progress, and defining well-defined success criteria for the project.
