In my honest opinon, this photo is emblematic dealing with the dipendence from electricity. In fact, there is no such a fundamental infrastructure like hospitals or schools and neither private houses, but only monuments which need to be enlighted not at the top (like for the tower in the background), but at the base in order to be admirable and perfectly visibile. On the hills in the background we could check an enlighted sanctuary which is impossible to visit at the hour of the photo because is closed, but we believe that is necessary to be seen from the city. Also the library in the foreground is enlighted but is closed and there's no students in there.
