FC-01x Future Cities (Self-Paced) - Exercise 1 : "Making the Invisible - Visible"

The first fact is the lights of the cars. It's 6 pm when I took this photo and it should become darker in a couple of hours, but the lights of the car are turned on. This area is near one of the main boulevards which surround the centre of the city where police check is quite common. According to the law, you must turn on your car lights from the sunset and the drivers did even though this is a useless waste of energy since the visibility is still very good. The second is the amount of parked cars. This area is populated at a very high percentage by students who very often don't use cars since they are from other parts of Italy, there is not big industry or mall and it's the heart of the historical centre of Bologna. Nevertheless if you see the background, the highest building is the biggest hospital of the region and one of the biggest of Northern Italy. Parking is quite expensive and usually the parking area is full as the few parking areas of the boulevard. Therefore, if it's possible, many people prefer parking here and reach the hospital on foot.
