This app is created for bulk waste management. Waste such as furniture, fridge and other electrical appliances. I found that some of my neighbours are unsure of the proper method of disposing their bulk waste. Hence, the purpose of this app is to give an avenue for citizens to easily manage their bulk and digital waste. I wanted to make the app simple and easy to use with just three steps; 1) Snap photo, 2) Upload photo, 3) Collection of item. After downloading app, user can choose to set up an account and sign in for future use or they can use it without signing in. Firstly, they would have to snap a photo of the object and upload location details on to app. Then, they can choose date and time of collection which is most convenient. The bulk items will then be collected and sent to a storage facility. After further inspection, salvageable furniture and electrical appliances will be repaired, restored and distributed to charity.
