Berlin The list is based on these factors: 1. citizen care, welfare service 2. the nature 3. lifestyle of the city 4. job opportunity Per Ho Chi Minh City, the citizen care and welfare service is certainly can't be compared with that of cities from developed countries in the Europe or North America. However the authorities are doing their best to improve what's essential to the citizen. The environment is extremely polluted due to exhausted gas coming from the traffic and the industrial zones. We have lots of private means of transportation on the roads and traffic jam can be avoided every single day. The lifestyle of the city and the job opportunity is however quite good, it's dynamic and suitable for young people. Thousands of young people come from other cities every year to seek for job and study opportunity which is much poorer in their home cities.
