It may looks like I'm straying from the question as this is not a building. However this photo is taken inside the construction site of the first metro line in Ho Chi Minh City. This project utilizes numerous advance of technology from all over the world. We took the latest development in the construction sector to apply into this project. The main contractor is from Japan, and the technology is also Japanese. However the subcontractors come from lots of nationalities, including France. The substructure for the metro line is designed and constructed by a French contractor, using French technology. This is an example for how the technology and materials for construction are now more and more globalized, in every single component, and it illustrate the cooperation among economies and governments.
