1. I. Melbourne, Australia II. Vienna, Austria III. Osaka, Japan IV. Vancouver, Canada V. Calgary, Canada 2. I. Stability: there has to be very low crime rate for a city to addressed as livable. II. Healthcare: availability to good medical services should be considered livable because there'll be low mortality rate. III. Culture and environment: clean water, clean air, low level of pollution, calmness and less noise are all parts of a livable city. IV. Education: schools in such cities are affordable or even free and education is compulsory. V.infrstructure: good roads, airports, emergency services, sewage treatment plants and more all make up a livable city 3. Judging from the list above,Nigeria is way below a livable city because it's lacking in all aspects listed above. The government should sensitise the people and initiate laws that'll help make the cities sustainable and also enforce such laws.
