Q: Where are the dominant fossil fuels mainly used for in your country? Response: Coal is used for electricity production. The next fossil fuel is Oil which is largely used in Transportation. Q: It is your task to create a new policy in order to improve the environmental friendly and sustainable sources and consumption of energy of your country. How would you do that? Think of how you can improve the sources and the consumption of energy. Response: Reduce coal as means to generate heat and electricity over a period of time. Focus on clean and green fuel - Nuclear Stations, followed by BIG PUSH towards renewable energy - Solar, Wind and Tidal. Provide incentives to boost energy efficient building, transportation. Encourage household solar grid, micro solar grids. Added to this, efficient public transport, efficient electrical equipment. Citizen education for responsible and ethical use of energy.
